You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and updating data entries, verifying gift aid declaration forms, and providing support to our Database Officer in maintaining up-to-date records.

Main duties:

* Review and validate data entries in our systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Verify gift aid declaration forms submitted by donors and update relevant records accordingly
* Assist the Database Officer in maintaining and organising databases to ensure efficient data management
* Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data entries
* Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth functioning of data management processes

Desired qualities:

* Computer literate and familiarity with data management systems
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification
* Good record keeping skills
* Committed and reliable
* Ability to listen and follow procedures
* Prior experience with Gift Aid (GAD) declaration forms is desirable but not essential
