Modern Slavery Conference

Join Karen Anstiss, Head of Caritas Bakhita House, and other experts for an insightful conference on the pressing issue of Modern Slavery, hosted by The Rotary Club of Norwich St Edmund.
Speakers will include:
- Major Heather Grinstead, Deputy Director, Salvation Army Modern Slavery and Anti-Trafficking
- Karen Anstiss, Head of Caritas Bakhita House
- Andrew Wallis OBE, CEO of “UNSEEN” Modern Slavery Helpline
- Simon John, Co-Lead on Roman Catholic diocesan initiative against Modern Slavery in East Anglia
- Carol Metzker, author, speaker, TEDX presenter and consultant on Modern Slavery
- Mark Little MBE, Founder and Chair, Rotary Action Group Against Slavery
- Caroline Evans, former educationalist with 40 years’ experience in the public sector
Funds raised by the conference will be donated to The Salvation Army, Unseen UK, Caritas Bakhita House and the Rotary Foundation.
