Young Adult (18-34) Volunteering Weekend at Giuseppe Conlon House
Young adults aged 18–34 are invited to a volunteering weekend at Giuseppe Conlon House in Harringay on Saturday the 10th of October and Sunday the 11th of October 2026, supported by Caritas Westminster.
Giuseppe Conlon House is a house of hospitality run by London Catholic Worker, supporting people experiencing homelessness. The weekend will be a chance to help prepare the winter shelter through cleaning, painting, decorating and other practical tasks around the house.
You will also have the opportunity to meet the team, learn more about the project and hear about volunteering with the winter shelter and wider community.
No previous experience is needed, and you are welcome to attend on Saturday, Sunday or both days. Food and refreshments will be provided, and Caritas Westminster can provide travel bursaries where needed.
Dates: Saturday the 10th of October and Sunday the 11th of October 2026
Time: 11am–4:30pm each day
