Baby things, big impact
Our Pick and Pack team are based in one of our lively baby banks. Together we sort, check, and prepare pre-loved items for children. Volunteers create high-quality bundles of toys, clothes, and equipment to gift to families.

What will I do?
· Get to know each child using details we provide to select items they’ll love
· Create beautiful packages of clothes, toys and books with love and care
· Check donated pre-loved items, so that they are all of gift quality
· Organise checked items by gender, age, and type
· Make smaller gift packs e.g., underwear, socks, bibs and linen
· Safety check and clean buggies and cots, when needed
· Greet and thank people arriving with donations of pre-loved items
· Help loading and unloading gifts and stock for delivery
· Act in a non-judgmental, inclusive and loving way
What do I need for this role?
· Attention to detail
· Able to carry out light manual tasks (or chat with us about reasonable adjustments)
· A smile and a pair of comfy shoes
