Seeds Hub, a project of Caritas Westminster, has opened applications for its 2026 Accelerator Programme, aimed at supporting Brent-based social entrepreneurs to take their business to the next level.
Running from April to July, the programme’s sought-after mixture of resources, mentoring, workshops and peer-to-peer sessions will be offered entirely online. For maximum flexibility, participants will enjoy the added benefit of free access to co-working space at the Seeds Hub offices in Wembley for the duration of the course.
For the first time, in 2026 attendees will have access to weekly business finance drop-in sessions. Upon meeting programme requirements, they also will be eligible to pitch for the programme’s cash awards, with a £1,200 prize for first and £800 prize for second place.
The Accelerator Programme aims to equip entrepreneurs with the knowledge, skills, and networking opportunities needed to grow and scale their business for good. Participants will have access to one-to-one mentoring from industry experts, as well as expert-led sessions on topics such as funding and finance, branding, pitching, harnessing AI and more.
Participants will join Seeds Hub’s dynamic community of social entrepreneurs, with the chance to meet and learn from established business founders based at the Wembley Hub. As part of Seeds Hub’s commitment to always giving back, income raised through office space hire goes back into keeping programmes free to access.
By supporting local entrepreneurs experiencing economic or social inequality, Seeds Hub works to tackle an acute lack of diversity in the start-up industry, and to foster a vibrant network of like-minded business founders who are committed to creating opportunities and giving back to their communities.
Kathy Margerison, Head of Enterprise at Caritas Westminster, said:
We’re so excited to welcome another cohort of business founders to our Accelerator Programme this year. We look forward to combining our signature offering with new features to better support participants, and to journeying with entrepreneurs to help them grow their social impact business.
Applications for the Accelerator Programme close at 5pm on 16th April 2026.
