Seeds Hub, a project of Caritas Westminster, is pleased to announce the launch of its new online Wembley Accelerator Programme. Lasting from May to July, the programme is designed to support small businesses for good from Brent area, whose start-up community Seeds Hub has been proud to serve for over 8 years.
The programme comes as Seeds Hub’s Wembley space undergoes extensive renovation, offering an exciting opportunity to move into the digital space and bring the programme’s signature blend of resources, mentoring, workshops and collaborative opportunities to a wider community of entrepreneurs.
The Accelerator Programme aims to equip entrepreneurs with the knowledge, skills, and networking opportunities needed to grow and scale their businesses for good. Over the course of three months, participants will have access to one-to-one mentoring from industry experts, as well as expert-led sessions on topics such as funding and finance, branding, pitching, harnessing AI and more. For more information visit the Programme page.
The Wembley Accelerator is an incredible opportunity for entrepreneurs experiencing economic or social inequality in the local community to receive support tailored to their needs and challenges. They’ll also join a vibrant network of like-minded individuals and tap into peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
The programme marks an exciting time for Seeds Hub, which will be running two Accelerator Programmes concomitantly for the first time. Alongside the online Wembley Accelerator, the Hackney Accelerator, offered in partnership with Bootstrap Charity, will include teaching and support in the same key areas, to be delivered in-person at Boostrap’s headquarters in Dalston. Kathy Margerison, Head of Enterprise at Caritas Westminster, said:
We’re thrilled to be running two Accelerator Programmes this year; the reach and impact of our Wembley programme made us determined to expand Seeds Hub across London, and we’re thrilled to be able to add a highly creative entrepreneurial area like Hackney to our list of communities.
Applications for the Wembley and Hackney Accelerator Programmes close at 5pm on 24th April 2025.
